The standard font for customisation is Calligraphy, but you are free to choose another font among the following, MS Sans Serif, ENGRAVERS, Futura, Bahuhaus or Segoe. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms. In the case that no repair is possible, we will replace the item at no cost to you or give you a store credit to the value of your item. Warranties do not cover wear and tear or misuse.

Each item is quality crafted and undergoes careful quality controls. Small imperfections depend on the handcrafted production, such as colour and light variations are naturally related to tanning - this is not a fault but a value. This is an industry standard and a natural process when dealing with genuine products and genuine leather.

Shipping

When purchasing more than a single item you can save up to 90% on your freight costs. Freight companies charge a base rate on the first item, every item after this going to the same address is only charged at a basic kilo rate.
