Craftsmanship, Quality and impeccableService

Over the past year or so, I have become the very happy owner of four fabulous handbags from Lizandez. While each is different, they all share good design, functionality and craftsmanship. The quality of the leather is superb; all hardware and zippers are of equally high quality.

I can honestly say that this company lives up to its motto of “Where quality, style & service comes first” and cannot recommend them highly enough. Orders are promptly dispatched. Communications relating to queries, product information and the like are answered by phone and/or email in a very timely manner. It’s the quality of service that is sadly rarely found these days.

On the one occasion that I had problems with a delivery, Andrew was amazing and helped me to deal with Australia Post. Nothing was too much trouble. And, although I was not successful in tracking down my lost package, Lizandez not only replaced the lost item, they also most generously sent me a bonus item.

The bags at a first glance look immensely aesthetically pleasing and in-fact the quality can be noted even before you touch it. However, once you touch it...they're the finest leather handbags I have ever felt. These bags are worth every dollar. What's also great about Lizandez is the dynamic range they have and the choice of colours in each type! Definitely an item you want to own.

I had first spoken to Lisa on the phone and she was so helpful and generous with her time. When we discussed delivery, it was suggested that I might not receive the bag as soon as I hoped, due to Christmas/Covid-19 postal delays.
Following our call, I bought the handbag and purse, online (the online experience was great too).
Lisa must have heard and remembered my quiet wish, to receive it today, and had done her darnedest to get it to me this week. It arrived today!
